3D PDF

What is it?

It is an embedded 3D object within a PDF file, and viewable by Adobe Acrobat/Reader.

How to generate the 3D PDF file

1. Import 3D file into a blank PDF template (can be done in batch)
2. Create 3D file first (.txt or .csv), and then import into the PDF template
   1. Create a mesh utilizing X, Y, and Z coordinates (e.g. digital terrain model) with specified colors
   2. Construct via BREP (Boundary Representation)

Does not require a special viewer other than Adobe Reader.
